Although the film was only a modest success when it was first released in 1993, it went on to become one of the most popular Disney films of the 1990s. It is often credited to Tim Burton, but in reality it was stop-motion writer Henry Selick. Part of its popularity is down to merchandising. For decades, Disney has produced dolls, action figures, clothing and who knows what else inspired by Nightmare Before Christmas – The Nightmare Before Christmas' distinctive dark aesthetic. And now it's available in LEGO form.

LEGO Nightmare Before Christmas – The Nightmare Before Christmas The set retails for $199.99 and will be available starting September 6. For more details, visit LEGO's official website.
