Simone Biles shows off a chic updo and a shopping trip to Hermès after the Olympics, while hinting at her Birkin bag

Simone Biles celebrates her Olympic medals in style.

After her historic run at the 2024 Paris Olympics, the 27-year-old gymnast is basking in all the hard-earned glory. On Friday, August 9, the athlete showed off a sleek post-Olympics hairstyle in her Instagram stories. In the photo, Biles looks away from the camera, giving her followers a glimpse of an intricately twisted bun.

While the updo is more appropriate for a formal occasion, Biles appeared to be on a shopping spree; the following slide on her account showed a wall of cream and tan Hermès Birkin bags.

She also included a photo of an orange gift box – Hermès' signature color – on a table, with a series of emojis indicating that the star has treated herself to a designer purchase.

The gymnast has yet to announce the new addition, but it's safe to say it's well-deserved. Biles won three gold medals and one silver at the 2024 Games, making her the most decorated gymnast in history. She also holds the most Olympic medals of any U.S. gymnast, with 11 total medals in her career to date.

Biles kicked off her post-Olympics celebration with a fresh hairstyle. In an Instagram Story post on August 6, she revealed her new, longer locks in a selfie, tagging her hairstylist, Brenton Diallo.

Diallo shared the same photo of Biles on his grid and added another picture of the two together. In the caption, he wrote, “What a magical morning! Reunion with the GOAT! My sister from another miss, the gorgeous and incredibly gifted @simonebiles ILY BB what an honor it is to do your hair. We've known each other for 8 years now and I couldn't be more honored to do your hair when you're on top of the world. Ps 8 years woof we've GROWN GROWN haha ​​❤️ YOU!”

The Olympian commented on the post with the words, “Gold medal stylist, babyyyyy,” along with four hearts and three gold medal emojis.

At the start of this year's Games, Biles fired back at those who criticized her hairstyles during the heatwave in Paris.

In a July 30 Instagram Stories post, the gymnast shared a clip of herself on a bus in Paris and wrote, “Don't come at me about my hair. IT WAS DONE but the bus has NO AIR CONDITIONING and it's like 9,000 degrees.”

In a follow-up post, Biles shared a selfie and wrote, “I'll be holding your hand when I say this,” before adding, “Next time you want to comment on a black girl's hair, JUST DON'T.”
