Blake Lively, it ends with us

Sony Pictures

Blake Lively spoke with Digital Spy about her producer role at It ends with us.

“So when I really get into it – which is what I did in this film – my work as an actress in this film pales in comparison to the work I've done outside of acting,” she said.

“It was very minimalist compared to everything else. I was so grateful for that level of authorship and involvement, it makes me even more proud of the film.”

The romantic drama, based on the 2016 novel by Colleen Hoover, follows Lily Bloom (Lively) in the midst of an abusive relationship with her husband Ryle (Justin Baldoni) as she reconnects with her first love Atlas (Brendan Sklenar).
